On Thursday 18th all school in New Zealand did a national shakeout drill at 9.30 am. Glen Innes School had a bell for the shakeout drill, room 10 waited for the bell when it was 9.30 am the bell rang loud so all of us drop, cover and hold under a desk, we did it for more than 1 minutes. After that we got tattoo and stickers from a teacher, then we did our plan, if you don't know what our plan it is when you have to prepared for a earthquake just in case if we actually have a real earthquake. then we finish our planed and my teacher said,"If you your form back your form you will get a prize. The next day my friends gave the form to my teacher and they got a prize.
Today I did my first basic facts on stage 8. I was content with my result. I did much better than last term. I need to learn my percentages, fractions and decimals to get off stage 8. By the end of the year I would like to be on stage 5 timed.
