Kowhai Tree Quiz

 Today I did a Google Form about kowhai tree. This activity was very easy because I learned a lot about the kowhai tree before I made my Google Form. I learned a lot about kowhai trees, like maoris used the tree as medicine for wounds, burns and more. I had lots of fun making this Google Form and I hope you enjoy my quiz.

New Zealand Native Plants Kowhai Tree

Throughout this week I was learning and studying about the kowhai tree. To show my learning about the kowhai tree, I had made a poster to show the things I learned about the kowhai tree. As I learned more about the kowhai tree, the facts started to get more interested, like most parts of the kowhai tree is poisonous especially the ripe yellow seed is very poisonous to humans. The kowhai tree is very interesting to learn and I encourage you to learn about the kowhai tree or about plants because plants are very important to the world and to are lives. I had lots of fun doing this activity and I hope you enjoyed my poster about kowhai tree. 

      

Governor - General Anand Satyanand New Zealand DLO

 Today I did a DLO about Anand Satyanand on a slide presentation. At first it was sort of hard because I didn't know much about him, but as I learned more about governor - general and Anand Satyanand, I learned more about him. Anand Satyanand served as a governor - general from 23 August 2006 to 23 August 2011, that 5 years of a representative of the queen. I had a lot of fun doing this DLO and I hope you enjoy my DLO.

Technology Class Science

Today in technology, We rotated in a new class and that was science. In the beginning we introduce are self to are teacher Ms. Sharma, then we started writing 5 scientist words, next we learnt how planes flies by watching a video, thirdly we made paper planes and we wanted to see how far it can go and we only had 3 attempts and my plane went 5.50 M. The final part of a class was use one out of four picture, the options was a bee, honey, scooter and bushfire picture, I chose the bushfire picture. We needed to write what happening and where it was happening. At the end of are class we really enjoyed are activity and we had lots of fun doing experiments.  

     

Cybersmart Challenge 11 Ko wai au?

Today I did cybersmart challenge 11 Ko wai au? This challenge was really easy because it was all about me and it was sort of like challenge 10 but in a different way. I learned a lot, like how to crop my photo and how to change my background colour. I really enjoyed doing this challenge and I hope you enjoy my Google Drawing. 

 

Cybersmart Challenge 10 Exploring Blogs

 Today I did cybersmart challenge 10 exploring blogs. The challenge was easy because It was all about me but with my friend in it. I learned a lot about friend and more about my chromebook. The challenge was really fun and cool to do and I hope you guys enjoy my slide presentation.   

Photosynthesis Animation

 Through this out this week I was making an animation about photosynthesis. At first I was too lazy to do my animation, but I soon I learnt more about photosynthesis I decided to do it and I managed to complete the animation. It was really fun making this animation and I hope you guys enjoy my animation about photosynthesis.  

Technology Cooking Class

 Today for technology I was in cooking class. In cooking class we made a desert called crepes, making the crepes was sort of difficult but I managed to cook it. I was cooking with Ngapera, Piripi, and myself. I sort of forgot the ingredients, but I know it right. 

Things you need to make the crepes

1. Oil

2. Cooking Pan

3. Measuring cup or spoon

4. Bowls 

5. Spoons or spatula 

Ingredients 

1. 1 cup of Flour

2. 1/2 cup of milk

3. 1/2 cup of water

4. 1 Egg

5. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

6. A sprinkle of salt

7. If you want you can puts some sweets, like nutella, chocolate sauce or any else you will like to add.

Once you do all of that and use it you have yourself a crepes. But before we put are toppings we folded the crepes and then we put nutella, ice cream, and chocolate sauce inside are crepes. Are technology class had fun and we really enjoyed the crepes.
